Accenture has made a public commitment to achieving 50/50 gender balance globally by 2025. One of the key parts of this is a focus on the retention and progression of our female talent. In terms of development, we have a number of development courses specifically for our women ranging from online self-paced learning through to peer learning and face to face courses. Mentoring also has a strong focus (including reverse mentoring!) Our Accent on Gender groups additionally provide lots of opportunities for networking and informal development opportunities.
