People often talk about Accenture's "secret sauce" and for me that is all about our culture. We refer to our culture as "truly human" - where each employee is free (and supported) to truly be themselves and bring their best self to work. We think about truly human in terms of body, mind, heart and soul; but also have a big focus on our business ethics, living our core values, responsible conduct and how we develop our people. In reality what does that feel like? An organisation where you can be comfortable to be yourself, where you can reach out for help and make connections with anyone around the world, and be certain that the company has your back.
