Hi Destina, thank you for joining us! We hire into graduate roles (which postgraduate students also apply to) and then our Consultant level roles usually ask for industry specific experience (roughly 3+ years but depends on the role itself).
We don't have anything specifically for PHD students unfortunately, but we do get PHD applicants to the grad programmes, but this really depends on what your preference is.

Hi Mehreen, thanks for your response. I have industry experience of over 3 years and recently completed my PhD in Innovation Management. I have applied twice for experienced role but got rejected after the interview. I was told the role was filled in house.

Ah ok, I would look into the graduate programmes as you might like the training and the structured element of it. It's a great way to come into the company and progression is performance based so there's not arbitrary mark you need to hit before being promoted.
